Title: Java/DevOps Engineer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience on Java.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering work experience.
• Exceptional ability to work anywhere in the technical stack and good understanding of complex computer systems.
• The ability to decompose complex systems and find failure scenarios.
• Knowledge of Amazon AWS services.
• Skillsets: Java, Kubernetes/DevOps/systems background.

Technical Focus / Responsibilities

• Staging: Environment for production traffic replay, production-like testing. Strong requirement for Payout and Booking phase. Skillsets: Java, Kubernetes/DevOps/systems background.
• Tooling around Transactional Integrity issues: This causes a lot of operational load on engineers and possible missed SLAs. Skillsets: Java, distributed systems background, able to work in Kubernetes.
• Realtime Transactional Integrity (monitoring), TI Signals Service (feedback into online system): To catch data integrity issues before the Guest/Host sees it, and to reduce operational load. Skillsets: Java, distributed systems background, able to work in Kubernetes.
• Anomaly detection on payins/payouts: Prevent unexpected payins/payouts due to user error. Skillsets: Client infra background.
