We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee projects, especially in the public school sector. Your role will be to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer project contracts to maximize profitability and minimize risks
• Communicate proactively with architects, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor and uphold quality standards across all trade work
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules
• Lead project meetings and manage stakeholder relationships
• Negotiate change orders and manage claim documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, and safety

Minimum Requirements

• 5–7 years of construction experience, preferably in public school projects
• Bachelor's degree in construction, management, architecture, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of building materials, codes, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
