IT BUSINESS ANALYST [Job ID #05]— FREMONT, CA

Analyze existing IT processes, identify problems and resolutions, and write requirement specifications according to standard templates using natural language that is simple, clear, unambiguous, and concise. Perform functional testing, coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Provide training and documentation on system changes. Participate in requirements prioritization. Implement changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools. Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including continuous improvement of the requirements process. Assist with the development of the organization's requirements engineering policies, procedures, and tools.

Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, engineering (any field), IT, business, economics, science, arts, commerce, or a closely related field. Alternatively, two (2) years of work experience in the offered job or a related occupation is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Requires one (1) year of work experience in the offered job or as an IT/Computer/Systems/Application Analyst, Technical/Functional Consultant, Software Engineer/Developer/Tester, or a closely related occupation.
• Possible long-term relocations to various unanticipated U.S. client site locations.
