As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of our projects from start to finish.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing millwork and cabinetry projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication, organization, and technical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate has experience in millwork or related construction trades and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of assigned projects, from kickoff through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and material selections.
- Conduct site visits to verify field conditions, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring lead times are met.
- Monitor quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Track project costs, prepare change orders, and provide accurate billing information.
- Lead project meetings and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and proactively resolve conflicts, delays, or design challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and promote repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in millwork, custom cabinetry, or related construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, shop drawings, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and CAD/Bluebeam (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
