Overview

Associate Product Manager, New Grad (2026 Start) at Databricks. Join a cohort dedicated to solving customers' challenging problems across teams including Machine Learning, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, ETL, Streaming, EDA, and Content Organization. You will have a dedicated mentor and join our 2026 APM cohort to connect with product managers, engineers, designers, account teams, other interns, and leaders from across the company. We are hiring for San Francisco, CA, Mountain View, CA, and Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to build features for the Databricks platform
• Manage your project end-to-end, including design, code, and feedback
• Learn about building a platform that scales quickly while maintaining quality and security

What We Look For

• You will graduate in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related engineering field
• You have some experience with SQL and/or Python
• You can leverage analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g., analyze product usage)
• You can simplify complex topics and clearly communicate nuance to stakeholders (engineers, customers, field, etc.) in writing and verbally
• You are excited to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and location. Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package may include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the listed benefits. $133,000—$150,000 USD
