About Redwood Materials
Redwood Materials is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2019, we're delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.
We're expanding our engineering efforts with a new Battery Energy Storage System product line, and are seeking a Software Technical Program Manager, Energy Storage to join as an early member of the team. In this role, you will focus on the development of software, embedded firmware, and systems controls and will drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver intelligent, grid-interactive storage systems that are scalable, reliable, and safe.
This is a highly technical role where success requires understanding the unique challenges of developing production-quality software and firmware in complex energy environments. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to the development of tools and processes that improve the organization's productivity.
