The Dental Center Clinics Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical, fiscal, human resource, and quality outcomes across the Dental Center clinics. This role includes active management of all administrative functions and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient clinic performance. In close collaboration with Dental Center leadership, the manager will establish and maintain standards of care that promote high-quality, cost-effective service delivery. The role also leads innovative projects aimed at improving clinical programs and operational workflows. The Clinics Manager plays a key leadership role by articulating a clear vision, effectively communicating it to staff, and actively engaging individuals and teams to achieve strategic goals. A strong commitment to staff development, talent cultivation, and continuous learning—both personal and organizational—is essential. This position has full oversight of administrative services, including financial accountability. The manager works closely with the School of Dentistry's finance leadership team to monitor, manage, and optimize the operating budget.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on factors including work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $120,900 - $189,000 (Annual Rate).
