Our client is seeking a high-performing, junior Executive Assistant to support one of their Co-Founders, the Chief Technology Office. This quickly scaling AI company is looking for someone hungry, resourceful, and eager to learn and step in when needed.

The Role: Executive Assistant to Co-Founder

The City: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

The Money: $110k - $120k Base

The Company: Series C AI startup

The Ideal Candidate: Sharp. Direct Communicator. 2-3 years of EA experience. Start-up background.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage high-volume calendars and schedule internal and external meetings
• Arrange travel logistics and process expenses
• Assist with event planning and schedule
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients by maintaining contact lists
• Complete ad-hoc projects as needed
• Provide some personal support to executive
