You'll play a key role in our mission through automated UI testing, test strategy, bug triage, and quality metrics. Your work will directly impact our business results by making sure we're always focused on the most important issues for our users.

Responsibilities

• Test, review, and polish everything. Ensure the highest quality for our products.
• Create and maintain automated tests. Use tools like Playwright to build robust UI tests for high-traffic web applications.
• Advise and collaborate. Work with product development teams to improve their testing strategies and promote a proactive quality mindset.
• Drive continuous improvement. Manage and improve test runners and CI tools related to automated tests.
• Triage and fix issues. Get hands-on with bug fixes, prioritizing the highest-impact issues.

Qualifications

• A pragmatic problem-solver who communicates clearly.
• Experience with UI functional testing tools, particularly Playwright.
• Comfortable with CLI/shell scripting, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or TeamCity.
• Excited about the potential of AI-powered tools to improve testing and triage.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Bonus points

• Experience with component testing frameworks like Storybook or Chromatic.
• Familiarity with APIs, security, performance, accessibility, fuzzing/chaos, or mobile apps testing.
• Experience with WordPress, PHP, and MySQL.
• Applied AI/ML for bug triage or test automation.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $85,000-$150,000 USD. Salary ranges are global, paid in local currency. Pay reflects potential contribution and impact. This is a fully-remote company with an open vacation policy.
