Position: Financial Technology Partners is seeking Full-Time Investment Banking Analysts to begin in January 2026 in San Francisco.

Role Description

Our Analysts are involved in all aspects of transactions from origination to closing. They work directly with senior bankers and are responsible for the day-to-day activities of each transaction. The work is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The Analyst program begins in January 2026 with rigorous classroom training led by seasoned bankers. After training, Analysts are staffed on live deals, working with deal teams on day-to-day activities of M&A and capital raising transactions.

General Qualifications

  • Recent graduates of undergraduate or Master programs, or students graduating by December 2025
  • Finance or Accounting major preferred
  • SAT 1400 / ACT 30 strongly preferred
  • Prior finance and/or accounting internship experience ideal
  • Excellent problem solving and analytic ability
  • Strong work ethic and drive for excellence
  • Ability to perform under pressure amid tight deadlines
  • Team player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
  • Strong quantitative and technical skills
  • Strong data management and research skills
  • Maturity and poise to work directly with client executives
  • Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required. FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future

Salary The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is $110,000/year. If hired, the employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (and other compensation programs) at any time, including for reasons related to performance, company or department performance, and market factors.
