Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, CA or REMOTE

Requirement: 4+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Seek a skilled Verification Engineer with strong DFT (Design-for-Test) expertise to join the team.
• Collaborate with design, DFT, and validation teams to ensure robust and efficient test architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in verification with focus on DFT.
• Strong expertise in UVM/SystemVerilog environments.
• Hands-on experience with Tessent tools (e.g., Tessent ATPG, Tessent LBIST/MBIST).
• Solid understanding of DFT architectures and logic (scan chains, BIST, boundary scan, etc.).
• Proven ability to debug RTL and gate-level simulations.
