About The Role
Mixpanel engineering is a small team that works quickly, prioritizing getting value to customers and iterating to make those experiences even better. We offer a powerful product analytics tool while focusing on a delightful user experience. Full stack engineers have freedom to move across the stack to deliver value—from building snappy UIs and reliable services to leveraging our query engine to help customers get answers and deliver great products. We seek engineers who understand and own customer problems, participating in ideation, delivery, and maintenance. We encourage ownership and autonomy—if you see customer pain points, you will be empowered to fix them. We believe UX is a key differentiator and invest heavily in UI for a snappy, intuitive experience. Compensation
The listed amount represents total target cash compensation (TTCC) including base salary and variable pay (bonus or commissions). Variable compensation type depends on role and level. The salary range for this role is $229,500 - $280,500 USD. These ranges are benchmarked to SF Bay Area data and may be updated periodically. Individual pay within the range depends on experience, skills, and qualifications.
