What You Will Do
We are looking for an astute, determined professional to fill the position of Investment Analyst within our US Transactions function. This role is part of a structured 3-year Investment Analyst Program designed to provide hands-on experience in the designated business line. You will contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives, and help effect change. The successful candidate will be part of a small team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for new acquisitions across PGIM Real Estate portfolios. Responsibilities include building cash flow and waterfall models, Investment Committee books, sensitivity analyses, rent roll analyses, property comparables, and other analyses required to evaluate, pursue, and explain acquisition/development opportunities. The role is based in PGIM Real Estate's San Francisco office.

Prudential is required by state laws to include the salary range for this role in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $90,000. Specific pricing may vary based on location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the program rules and performance.
