Owning a project's complete lifecycle through managing process execution and providing leadership
You will manage a project, or multiple small project teams, using your industry knowledge and leadership skills. You will lead and develop other to ensure key processes are completed accurately and on time. With little or no oversight, you must lead a project and its stakeholders, from sales to close out, to ensure profitability.
POSITION DESCRIPTION

Driving project execution, from start up to close out.
Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle.
Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon's best practices.
Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss.

Salary Range: $150,000/yr.-$190,000/yr.

Drive critical project tasks and processes to completion by leveraging independent judgment and strategic collaboration.
You will manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors. You will collaborate and engage stakeholders at all stages of a project's lifecycle to ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedule are upheld.

Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.
EXPERIENCE
Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business required
5-8 years' experience in project management in the curtainwall or the glass and glazing industry
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
