Under general administrative direction, manages, and directs the activities of professional and technical engineering, architecture and/or landscape architecture personnel performing highly technical and administrative functions in connection with the design, construction, operation and maintenance of projects and systems.

Some positions may require lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, working in high places and confined spaces, exposure to weather, and working various schedules including weekends, holidays, nights, or overtime.

Eligible List/Score Report: A confidential list will be created for certification purposes. The eligible list may be public upon request after exhaustion or resolution of referrals. The list is subject to change as directed by the HR Director or Civil Service Commission and remains in effect for 6 months, with possible extension.
