As a Hospitality & Culinary Manager in Training (MIT), you will gain preparation for a potential future role within our hospitality team leadership. Through this process, you will learn best practices in your Compass Group sector and apply them in areas which may include marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing and supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, profit and loss, and more. You will be assigned to a training location for on-site, hands-on learning and participate in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). Upon successful completion, relocation within your assigned region may be required for placement opportunities. Promotion to a full-time management position is based on performance and business need and is not guaranteed.
AMP is a structured program combining assessment, training, and coaching to develop future leaders. It can be completed in 12 weeks or more, depending on learning needs and pace. Participants receive a competency-based assessment, a personalized learning path with experiential learning, mentorship, and 360° progress evaluation.
