Overview

Senior Corporate Counsel with pharma or biotech product counseling experience to advise on commercialization and regulatory matters for biotech products within a leading Bay Area company.

What You'll Do

• Advise on commercialization of biotech products, including advertising and promotion, market access, medical affairs, and government affairs.
• Advise on FDA regulatory issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on business strategies and risk mitigation.
• Interpret and apply laws related to the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act.

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience, including significant work in FDA and healthcare law.
• JD and U.S. bar membership.
• Experience supporting biotech commercial or medical functions.
• Clear, practical communication style and strong business judgment.
• Preferred: In-house experience in the life sciences industry.
