We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Producer to join our dynamic team, focusing on email projects and campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing environment while managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing email programs, ensuring timely and strategic delivery.
• Perform light building, testing, and quality assurance for all email communications prior to deployment.
• Support Producers in linking setup and approval processes for email campaigns.
• Coordinate the delivery of assets to email vendors and track translation processes for bilingual content.
• Manage tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and improve efficiency.

Skills

• 1-2 years of production experience, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for interacting with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as AirTable, Outlook, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in traffic or project management is a plus.
• A proactive approach with a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
• A desire to learn and grow within the email marketing field.
