Your Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Titan OS. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth within the market. This role assists in the growth of the company while meeting customer's needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor account satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to ensure high levels of account retention
• Regularly communicate with accounts to proactively address concerns, gather feedback and identify opportunities for account growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management or a similar role.
• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Perform other duties, as assigned, appropriate to the position
  
  

Skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
