They're seeking a skilled and mission-driven Fundraising Manager with a strong background in fundraising operations and exposure across the full grants management cycle—from prospecting and proposal writing to compliance and reporting.

This role reports directly to the Chief Advancement Officer and offers close collaboration with the Accounting Grants Manager, as well as regular engagement with the executive leadership team. It's a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, purpose-driven team while benefiting from excellent mentorship, career development, and meaningful work that changes lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new funding opportunities across corporate, foundation, and government sectors, aligning donor priorities with organizational impact
  • Develop persuasive proposals, budgets, and funder reports in partnership with Program and Finance teams
  • Drive corporate philanthropy and foundation giving, leveraging storytelling, data, and relationship-building to grow institutional revenue streams
  • Support integrated fundraising efforts, including campaigns, donor cultivation events, and sponsorship initiatives
  • Utilize creative strategies to uncover and develop new funding sources, contributing to diversified and sustainable revenue growth
  • Manage a portfolio of institutional donors, cultivating and stewarding long-term relationships
  • Lead the full grant lifecycle from strategic prospecting and pipeline development to proposal submission, reporting, and compliance
  • Monitor grant deliverables and reporting schedules to ensure compliance and timely submissions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align fundraising strategy with program impact and organizational goals
  • Contribute meaningfully to the annual revenue plan, helping shape and execute the organization's overall development strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; CFRE certification or equivalent is a strong plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or institutional development
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth from corporate partners, foundations, and government entities
  • Proven track record in end-to-end prospecting—identifying, cultivating, and converting funders into long-term partners
  • Strong storytelling, proposal writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate mission and outcomes
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-departmental initiatives
  • Skilled in donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge), Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Salesforce
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to revenue diversification and donor engagement
  • Passionate about equity, youth advocacy, and community-based impact
