Experienced Project Manager in Mobile Apps and Operations
Responsibilities
Act as liaison between nontechnical users, programmers, and management across client engagements, and operations; develop understanding of data flows, workflows, and dependencies across firm-wide groups and systems
Develop business requirements and draft technical specifications for use in building out future systems and enhancing current systems
Assist in the coordination and prioritization of work for the development team; maintain project roadmaps to monitor progress and ensure timely adherence to deadlines; escalate when required
Support the development life cycle; ensure that testing scripts are prepared, resources are secured, and testing is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
Coordinate and prepare the annual Projects Accounting and Operations strategic development plan for the firm's senior management team; prepare and deliver biweekly project management updates to the firm's COO
Identify future needs of the systems with which the project manager interfaces and make recommendations regarding opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, or effectiveness
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Expertise in LibreOffice Calc, Impress, and ProjectLibre
Experience (5-7) years developing and supporting mobile app projects in a modern technology firm
Technical background (SQL, Python, R) required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
