Responsibilities

As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistent customer satisfaction. You will lead and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture through recruitment, training, and mentorship. Regularly visiting locations, you'll implement process improvements, leverage technology to enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with company goals.

The key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and develop Store Managers and teams across multiple locations.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and technology.
• Lead business development initiatives to grow market share and customer retention.
• Support new store launches and ensure operational readiness.
• Analyze financial performance and coach teams on profitability strategies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in management, including oversight of multiple locations.
• 5+ years of experience managing profit and loss statements and driving sales growth.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair or a related field is a strong plus.

Skills & Abilities

• Proven ability to lead through change and scale operations in a high-growth environment.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, and process improvement expertise.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year.

Relocation Requirement
