The Role

We're looking for an AI Context Manager to build and lead our Context team, define roles and processes, and be on the frontlines of delivering high-quality context for our AI pipelines. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and consistent outputs for our customers and will help shape how the entire security industry approaches AI-driven context.

What problems you will be working on?

• Context quality & consistency: ensuring that AI pipelines generate accurate, repeatable results for customers by designing and shipping high-quality security context.
• Scalability: defining processes to deliver context at scale without losing depth or precision.
• Transition from traditional to AI: rethinking how traditional security content can be transformed into effective AI context documents.
• Process design: building and refining workflows for how the team creates, tests, and ships context.
• Collaboration: bridging between security experts, AI researchers, and engineers to make sure context aligns with product and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Build and manage the AI Context team, defining responsibilities, workflows, and quality standards.
• Oversee the creation, testing, and shipping of security content that powers our AI pipelines.
• Transition traditional security content into AI context documents that directly influence AI pipeline behavior.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI research teams to deliver high-quality context at scale.
• Communicate trade-offs, risks, and priorities clearly across stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of context quality and processes.

Things we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity product company, with a proven track record of consistently shipping security content.
• At least 2 years of management experience leading a team of 3+ people.
• Experience in building and managing content delivery processes in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Hands-on experience shipping content into customer-facing environments/products.
• Strong understanding of the processes behind creating, testing, and shipping security content.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for constant improvement and ability to clearly articulate trade-offs.
• Experience with RAG knowledge base content delivery.
• Security background in SIEM or incident response.
