What You'll Own

• Bare‑metal bring‑up of next‑gen Wi‑R transceivers and SoCs on Cortex‑M / RISC‑V MCUs.
• Real‑time drivers & architecture for I²C, SPI, BLE, DMA, sensors and power domains.
• Ship a reference firmware SDK that Tier‑1 consumer brands will use.

The Experience We're After

• 5+ years building production firmware for wearables, medical or IoT hardware.
• Proven track record squeezing microwatts out of Cortex‑M or other MCU.
• Comfortable leading code reviews, tool‑chain decisions and mentoring junior talent.
• Bonus: RTOS, BLE stack surgery, PCB layout literacy or neural/biometric sensing.
