Hyve is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) Process Engineering team. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer from NPI to mass production, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5–7 Manufacturing Process engineers and technicians.
• Manage and coordinate knowledge transfer on projects from NPI to mass production.
• Evaluate server and rack designs for Design for Manufacturability (DFM); collaborate with internal design teams and customers to implement improvements.
• Own the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Drive initiatives to improve process reliability, flow, productivity, and reduce cycle times and operational costs.
• Provide strategic input on manufacturing operations and infrastructure planning.
• Conduct resource, labor, and production capacity analysis to support production schedules.
• Review and approve engineering change orders.
• Evaluate and approve manufacturing infrastructure investments.
• Resolve escalated operational issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Lead training and development programs for manufacturing process engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering management role.
• Strong background in manufacturing and assembly production processes.
• In-depth understanding of product manufacturing principles, systems, and constraints.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio.
• Effective project management, time management, and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Salary- $119,000K-$ $147,700K +/DOE
