Overview

Head of Network Forecasting at Quince. Lead the creation and management of forecasts at key supply chain nodes including vendors, fulfillment locations, cross-border transportation, domestic injection points, and domestic returns facilities.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Orders, Units and Inventory Levels at all key fulfillment locations by month, week and day
• Partner closely with internal global logistics team to share forecasts, review results and troubleshoot variances weekly
• Perform analytics to answer questions that will lead to improved KPI performance
• Perform analytics to increase efficiency across the supply chain including optimization-based fulfillment logic, order affinity and forward inventory positioning on shore or near shore
• Present Forecasts, Strategy and Plans weekly to executives
• May manage 1 or more individuals

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Logistics Planning, Inventory Planning or experiences in related Analytics or Technology roles
• College Degree Required, MBA or Masters in Supply Chain Management preferred
• Cross-border experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of the connectivity of all points within a supply chain and the impacts one location has on another in an ecommerce business
• Strong analytic skills with experience using advanced statistical functions in Excel
• Ability to source and organize disparate data for operational use and conversion of reporting and tools into scalable technology applications
• Experience prototyping Inventory Optimization Techniques
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize opportunities and minimize risks
• Strong commitment to continuously improve
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where established processes may not exist

Pay Range: $160,000—$180,000 USD
