We are accepting resumes for full-time Interventional Psychiatry Technicians at our Berkeley and Corte Madera locations. These technicians will be trained to administer TMS and Ketamine therapies for patients suffering from depression. The position requires working across locations as needed by the company.

The full-time on-site position is scheduled Monday through Friday.

We seek candidates comfortable working directly with patients in a healthcare environment (psychiatry experience preferred). Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring daily TMS & Ketamine treatments, completing treatment documentation, and scheduling patients.

We are also accepting resumes for full-time Mental Health Technicians supporting interventional psychiatry (IVP) at our San Francisco and Berkeley locations. They will be trained to administer interventional psychiatric procedures including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine therapies for depression sufferers.

  • Schedule calibration and IVP treatment series.
  • Administer all IVP patient treatments and monitor for medical concerns.
  • Complete treatment reports and medical documentation.
  • Send physician referral letters for IVP patients.
  • Close treatment charts and record outcomes.
  • Conduct post-treatment follow-up calls to patients, up to two years.

Duties

  • Prepare, distribute, and respond to office correspondence (shared duty).
  • Check voicemails and respond to or forward calls from patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies.
  • Create and respond to emails from patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies.
  • Complete daily tasks assigned in Salesforce.
  • Treat patients based on daily assignments.
  • Assess patients health status and engage them during treatment.
  • Address patient problems immediately to ensure full contact during treatment.
  • Schedule follow-up visits with physicians (shared duty).
  • Provide rating scales to patients and ensure their completion.
  • Assist with special projects, including clinical research, marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Attend all staff meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and restock as needed (shared duty).

While prior direct patient care experience is not mandatory, candidates must be comfortable with hands-on patient care. Please highlight this in your cover letter.
