The Executive Director, Applications serves as the chief application officer for UCSF Health. This position plans, develops, articulates, implements, monitors, and maintains the clinical and revenue cycle aspects of the electronic health record and associated information systems across UCSF Health and its affiliates, and serves as a consultant and partner on the effective use of information systems across these customers. This role will also oversee the development and creation of a enterprise-wide imaging and virtual care strategies, with the associated analyst teams under their direction. The incumbent participates with other clinical and operational senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives of UCSF Health.
