The Corporate Strategy team tackles some of Visas toughest questions to chart our long-term strategy. Our Corporate Strategy group is composed of six distinct teams: a Global Strategy team - driving strategy work across Visa's businesses, geographies, and functions, and five regional teams - driving strategy work in each of Visa's five geographic regions. The Director role is on the Global Corporate Strategy team. We are an apprenticeship-based culture, rigorously investing in the cultivation of exceptional talent. In this role, you will embark on a structured two-year experience that serves as the foundation for a lasting career at Visa. The two-year experience is designed for you to receive regular coaching, develop a board network across Visa, and tackle the most difficult and pressing strategic and operational topics at Visa.
