Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

What You'll Own

• Full-stack development of a production-ready, AI-powered quoting platform
• Design and maintain backend architecture, databases (PostgreSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform)
• Frontend implementation using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and other modern frameworks
• Direct engagement with customers to validate workflows, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high reliability and performance
• Influence technical standards, processes, and culture on a small, highly collaborative team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of full-stack experience with demonstrable ownership of production software
• Experience at a Tier 1 company or previous founder/early employee at a high-growth startup
• Strong CS fundamentals and formal education from a selective university (Ivy League or equivalent)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and experience with Terraform
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to operate in a fast-moving, small-team environment
• Ability to balance deep technical execution with customer-facing responsibilities
