Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

Position Type: Multiyear Contract

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Transformation Coach to lead and guide Agile initiatives within our organization. If you have a passion for transforming organizations through effective Agile practices and possess a strong background in the software development lifecycle, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain SPC 6 Certification to enhance your expertise.
  • Leverage your product transformation background to influence positive change.
  • Utilize over 10 years of experience in leading Agile initiatives, ensuring successful transformations across multiple organizational levels.
  • Conduct interactive Agile training sessions, workshops, and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Employ agile techniques and tools for rapid product development, testing, and integration.
  • Stand up multiple Agile Release Trains utilizing product management principles effectively.
  • Hold a SAFe SPC certification alongside additional agile and project management credentials.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous; focus on identifying waste and enhancing efficiency.
  • Function effectively as an RTE, Scrum Master, or Product Manager in a multi-methodology environment.
  • Coach and mentor high-performing Agile development teams and large-scale programs.
  • Inspire cross-functional business groups to adopt and sustain Agile values and principles.
  • Engage with senior executives and software teams practicing Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and SAFe.
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders and challenge existing norms.
  • Provide real-time coaching to senior leaders and Agile teams during ceremonies and project lifecycles.
  • Utilize tools like Jira and Azure DevOps for effective project management.
  • Understand the integration of Information Services (architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, operations) to meet business objectives.
  • Communicate the benefits of Agile adoption to senior executives for successful implementation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to continuously improve Agile practices.
  • Identify and nurture Agile evangelists within the organization to enhance maturity.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence others.
  • Have experience in large-scale software delivery and Agile transformations in enterprise settings.
  • Understand SDLC within hybrid organizations.
