Content Management Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a Content Management Specialist located in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid role). Pay Rate $50-55/HR. San Francisco, CA (Hybrid role) Duration: 06+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)

As an Editorial & Content Communications Associate, you use your foundational understanding of our editorial content strategy and development to deliver, edit, and/or write speeches, copies, and editorials, and create multimedia productions (e.g., graphic design, video) that are consumed by Global Communication teams, with some guidance from manager or senior team members. As you contribute to cross-project collaborations, you integrate corporate editorial and content processes, spanning regions and multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

  • Create and deliver "journalistic" articles and blog posts with some guidance, including researching, preparing for, and leading stakeholder (e.g., product managers) interviews to collect stories.
  • Support identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our social media communities across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
  • Craft engaging, on-brand copy for posts, campaigns, and community interactions
  • Monitor social conversations using Brandwatch and other listening tools to identify trends, sentiment, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Support social media strategy with data-driven insights and performance metrics
  • Respond to community inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, emerging trends, and competitor activity
  • Assist in PR-related social initiatives and brand reputation management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content or community management, preferably in social media
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
  • Experience with Brandwatch or similar social listening platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Gemini or other AI tools for content ideation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Pay Details: $58.00 per hour
