Job Description

• Design graphic content for the app and format content to optimize visual communication across mediums.
• Design templates for marketing communication of the application.
• Conduct market research and apply findings to design decisions.
• Understand customer needs, motivations, and behaviors, and translate these into actionable deliverables.
• Enhance existing user interface and design new user interfaces from scratch.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to build innovative, user-centric design solutions.
• Design layouts and templates focusing on user experience; develop visual projects with strong storytelling skills.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, maintaining and archiving graphic files.
• Solve design problems using a user-centered approach that aligns with user goals and business requirements.

Qualifications

The Graphic Designer will translate business and marketing objectives into creative and effective design strategies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative outlook, and a proven record of producing innovative ideas consistently. A solid understanding of brand positioning and marketing is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a positive attitude is required.

Must be able to:

• Create high-quality, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Identify cross-product marketing opportunities in content development.
• Manage multiple priorities and adhere to corporate requirements, objectives, guidelines, and schedules.
