Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, Bay Area candidates strongly preferred)

Compensation: $179,000 $225,000 base salary + competitive equity

• Architect, build, deploy, and optimize full-stack systems at scale.

• 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, spanning both startups and established companies.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end in high-growth environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React (or similar frameworks).
• Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Deep understanding of scalable system architecture (e.g., microservices, serverless).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Elastic, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and AWS (preferred).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.

• Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or technical leader demonstrating high initiative.
• Comfort working in dynamic, early-stage environments with minimal structure.

• Visa sponsorship and transfers available for the right candidate.
• Hiring 1 to 2 engineers for this role.
• On-site presence required, 5 days per week in San Francisco.
