About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Field Analytics and Insights to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key collaborator with regional leadership, delivering actionable analytics and insights that drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance. This role is pivotal in addressing the unique needs of healthcare ecosystem teams, leveraging advanced analytics to align strategies, identify growth opportunities, and enhance operational effectiveness across markets. The Executive Director will be responsible for defining the strategic direction for analytics, leading a team to deliver national and regional-level insights, and ensuring the integration of insights across markets for strategic alignment.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of work experience, with at least 10 years in strategy, planning, or operations management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries. The role requires a deep expertise in commercial field analytics, advanced analytics methods, and modern tools, as well as a proven track record of driving measurable business impact and change management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with data science, machine learning, and AI teams, and possess robust communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and tactical plans are also essential. The Executive Director will lead and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and enhancing both consultative and technical skills.
