Coordinate financial planning, reporting, and budget management functions. Support the companys overall strategic direction by providing financial insights that help Executive Leadership make decisions to ensure the brands growth and profitability. Ensure reporting packages are completed and submitted timely. Responsible for overseeing balance sheet, cash flow, and Cap. Ex reporting requirements. Review and approve internal and external reports provided by the global FP&A team including weekly gross sales, monthly flash and outlook reports, monthly Contributive Operating Profits commentary, treasury, boutique, capital expenditure, and tax reporting. Oversee monthly management reporting for the Executive Team. [Position allows work from-home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager.
