Client Service Associate | San Francisco, CA

A boutique wealth advisory firm serving individuals, families, and institutional clients with approximately $2 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate. In this role, you will interact daily with clients, advisors, and service providers to ensure that both client and firm needs are effectively met.

Responsibilities:

Participating in all aspects of client setup including new client onboarding (opening accounts, transferring assets, setting up client on internal systems)

All ongoing maintenance of client accounts including facilitating paperwork and cashiering transactions with custodial accounts and private investments

Collaborating with advisors to ensure client data is complete and accurate

Employing a proactive mindset when assisting clients and advisors troubleshooting various operational issues and finding solutions in unique situations

Responding to advisor and client requests in a timely manner and following up as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience

Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel

Experience working with multiple custodians (Schwab and Fidelity a plus) and private investments

Experience with performance reporting systems (Addepar) and CRM (Salesforce) a plus

The expected compensation for this position includes a base salary between $90,000 and $105,000, plus a bonus, along with comprehensive benefits such as full individual healthcare and dental coverage. Additional perks include a hybrid work schedule (three days in the office), 15 days of paid time off-which increases with tenure-and 10 firm holidays. Employees are also eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan after one year of service, with generous firm contributions of 3-5% of compensation, as well as commuter benefits.
