Base Pay

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Location

Fully Remote in Northern California (Must be Californian barred)

Salary (as listed)

Salary: Up to $170,000

Experience

Experience Required: 4+ years in employment litigation

Responsibilities

• Handle a busy caseload in General Liability and related matters (e.g., slip and falls, premises liability)
• Work on Professional Liability involving doctors, nurses, healthcare providers, insurance agents, brokers, real estate agents, and engineers
• Exposure to complex defense-side litigation with opportunities to lead cases and develop specialized expertise

Qualifications

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Admitted to practice law in California
