Job Summary

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for product development and manufacturing. Responsibilities include preparing test programs, designing fixtures, and ensuring specifications and procedures are met for new products.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and maintain test process instructions (TPI) for production.
2. Train production employees on test processes.
3. Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
4. Prepare complex test and diagnostic programs.
5. Code test scripts.
6. Configure high-end servers.
7. Develop integration and test strategies, schedule plans, and scripts.
8. Design test fixtures and equipment.
9. Complete specifications and procedures for new products.
10. Set parameters and test customer samples as needed.
11. Install hardware into racks, label, and run cables.
12. Build systems according to drawings, including loading applications and OS.
13. Review test equipment and capacity.
14. Work on complex problems requiring analysis and evaluation, collaborating with leadership across divisions and customers.
15. Minimum of 3 years related experience.
