THE ROLE
We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who excel in craftsmanship, mechanics, and hands-on problem-solving to join our team as a Campervan Technician at our depot. This role is critical to ensuring our fleet is maintained to the highest standards, enabling customers to embark on unforgettable journeys. You will be part of our San Francisco team and work with the North American Regional Team. Your primary responsibility is to maintain campers in peak condition and support efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Conduct systematic inspections of vehicles and diagnose problems across mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including:
    • Preventive and corrective maintenance
    • Light bodywork repairs (spare parts replacement such as lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors)
    • Replacement and repair of campervan spare parts
    • Troubleshooting and repair of campervan appliances
    • Maintain and develop relationships with external partners
    • Coordinate vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams
    • Keep vehicle information systems updated per procedures
    • Move campervans to/from local vendors, parking facilities or depots
    • Maintain depot equipment and spare parts organization
    • Keep spare parts inventory systems updated

  • Participate in daily depot operations: preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers, assist with reservations, check-ins/outs, receive shipments, organize storage, and manage consumables.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics or a similar automotive program
  • At least 1+ year of hands-on mechanical and electrical repair experience; campervan experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Valid Drivers License
  • English proficiency with good communication skills
