Job Description

Visa Direct is an advanced payment service facilitating domestic and cross-border fund transfers and disbursements to Visa accounts worldwide, using push payment technology and traditional payment rails. Its applications include P2P transfers, cross-border remittances, business disbursements, marketplace payouts, royalties, digital content payouts, and gig economy services.

The Client Growth Analyst will drive and execute go-to-market strategies to meet transaction and revenue targets for selected clients. Responsibilities include supporting growth initiatives, operational issue resolution, account performance reporting, and day-to-day activities. The role requires collaboration with client contacts and internal teams, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to contribute to the growth of Visa Direct in North America.

This client-facing role demands organizational skills and interpersonal abilities to interface with various internal departments and external clients. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, capable of making sound decisions, and experienced in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support account transaction and revenue plans.
  • Track actual performance against plans and identify opportunities.
  • Develop growth strategies, including client pitches and business cases.
  • Manage performance acceleration strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to account plans to meet financial and strategic goals.
  • Implement strategic account priorities.
  • Support sales cycle activities from opportunity identification to program launch and optimization.
  • Prepare pitch materials and onboarding documentation.
  • Build trusted client relationships.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, legal, and client services teams.
  • Monitor program performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and issues.
  • Lead review sessions and problem-solving meetings.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership.

This position is hybrid; in-office days will be confirmed by the manager.

Qualifications

Basic: 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience, advanced analytical skills, leadership in payments industry, success in account growth, excellent communication, and industry knowledge, especially in push or real-time payments.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies by department needs.

Travel: 5-10% travel required.

Physical/Mental Requirements: Office setting, standard equipment use, communication, and mobility requirements.

Salary Range (U.S. Applicants): $102,600 - $145,150 annually, potentially including incentives, bonuses, and equity. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
