In this role, you will own all aspects of strategy and investment, which includes driving annual planning in collaboration with the Marketing leadership team and regional leaders. You will craft our global strategy, bringing an investigative approach to our global investment, and present these plans to directors and VPs across Global Marketing, Finance, and Product. You will also streamline workflows, help us collaborate effectively with cross-company teams, and drive internal communications to amplify our initiatives. You will act as the Chief of Staff to the Search and Maps Marketing Senior Director, serving as a key thought partner, designing and running the organization, and leading strategic projects to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
Additionally, you will be the lead and connective tissue across the Consumer Knowledge and Information (KandI) portfolio (e.g., Google Search, Google Maps, Google Shopping, Google Pay) on the Marketing side, tying together the strategy, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and creating efficiencies in how we work. This is a high-impact role that demands business acumen and investigative skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Googlers of all levels. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
