Job Details

We're assisting a well-funded Series B startup with their search for Sr. Full Stack Engineers. They're building fully autonomous digital workers that automate specific jobs end-to-end. The role will be onsite in their SF office, and they're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity.

What you'll do:

• Lead technical projects and implementation of product's core features

• Architect and build new workflows within the product, while maintaining and optimizing existing feature-rich workflows

• Drive technical decisions and best practices across the team

• Bridge the gap between Applied Research, GTM, Product, and Engineering

• Identify and implement architectural improvements and scalability solutions

• Contribute to product engineering

• Experience at hypergrowth startups

• Strong TypeScript experience

• Ability to thrive in chaotic environments and handle ambiguity. Motivated by moving very quickly.

• Ability to compress traditional development cycles (2-week processes into 2 days)

• Experience owning problems end-to-end, and willing to pick up whatever knowledge is missing to get the job done to ensure both the team and its customers succeed.
