About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a small, fast-moving team as a junior full-stack engineer focused on building and improving a modern SaaS product. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and users to deliver new features end-to-end while ensuring the product remains performant, scalable, and delightful to use.
What You Will Do

• Lead, design, and develop customer-facing features from idea to deployment.
• Improve and maintain the existing product while reducing technical debt.
• Talk directly with users to understand their needs and shape the roadmap.
• Optimize the application for speed, scale, and user experience.
• Collaborate in a hybrid environment (SF office + remote flexibility).

• Experience in full-stack development with modern technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js).
• Familiarity with databases (Postgres/MySQL) and caching systems (Redis).
• Ability to thrive in a small-team, iterative environment with high ownership.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to engage directly with users.
• Curiosity and drive to improve both product quality and engineering systems.
