How Will You Make a Difference?

• Log and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries and faxes. Weigh mail and affix appropriate postage. Package outbound shipments efficiently and economically to ensure safe delivery.
• Complete assigned copy, scanning, printing and binding projects. Restock office machines with paper on a daily basis. Ensure reprographics, office services and satellite supply stations are clean and organized at all times. Attend to all repairs and place service calls as needed.
• Keep track of kitchen and office supply inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Monitor and maintain the conference rooms and visiting attorney offices in excellent condition.
• Ensure that all equipment is available and working in each room, trash is emptied as necessary, surfaces are clean and supplies are replenished as needed.
• Set up, test and prepare video conferencing equipment for meetings in a timely fashion, including WebEx meetings. Deliver and set up refreshments in advance of meeting. At end of meeting, break down equipment and clean rooms promptly.
• Work with the Receptionist to order and set up food for meetings; forward invoices as directed.
• Provide coverage for the Receptionist's breaks, days off, etc. as needed.
• Work occasionally requires more than normally scheduled work hours to perform the essential duties of the position.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience working in a professional office setting
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
• Ability to acquire and maintain a working knowledge of all software programs used in the department
• Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate and follow instruction effectively from a diverse group of attorneys, clients, and staff, communicate professionally by phone, and provide information with courtesy and tact.
• Ability to work in the Silicon Valley office 5 days a week is required

• The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. In Silicon Valley, the estimated starting pay is $25.75 - $34.09 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $46,871 - $62,036 annually. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location.
