The Position: Designer

Designers are central to CMG's culture. We believe growth comes from taking care of what's immediate and gaining confidence through practice. We foster an inclusive community, especially for young people, providing exposure to diverse projects and teams.

We are seeking someone who will:

• Utilize excellent graphic, design, and problem-solving skills to produce presentations, design studies, and project documentation across multiple phases and project types.
• Explore conceptual ideas and delve into technical details from schematic design to construction documentation.
• Investigate topics like urbanism, participatory design, ecological analysis, adaptation, or other relevant subjects.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within CMG and with project partners.
• Contribute to building workplace culture and institutional knowledge through sharing ideas and information.

**Compensation:**

The annual salary range is $65,000 - $82,500.

We hope to find someone with:

• A degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, architecture, or planning.
• Experience in developing design communication and documentation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and experience managing workflows with AutoCAD, Revit, or GIS is strongly preferred.

Education Requirements:

• A degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or a related field.
