Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking an organized, high-energy professional to provide exceptional administrative support to multiple team members in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment (5 days in-office). The ideal candidate is a proactive team builder with outstanding calendar management skills, excellent communications, and the ability to multitask effectively while supporting the team's dynamic needs.

Job Description:

• Managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, and ensuring schedule efficiency
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Preparing and processing expenses in compliance with the firm's policy
• Support project execution with tasks such as maintaining/managing files and liaising with clients
• Handling client correspondence with professionalism and discretion
• Communicating effectively across all internal levels and with clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-level administrative support for senior level executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of educational and professional experience
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task effectively and to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
• Ability to use own judgement, be proactive, and manage time in an office effectively
• Proven team player with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, with the ability to be assertive
• Clear understanding and awareness of confidentiality and discretion
• Highly detail-oriented and thorough in execution
• Flexibility to be productive and comfortable in a number of different situations and environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
