Supports the work of one or more team members and demonstrates judgment and independent thinking in the design process. The position is approximately 70% designer and 30% project manager.

Use critical thinking and discretion to assess project needs and communicate effectively with the project manager.
Begin to familiarize with the process of reviewing monthly fee drafts with the Project Manager/Associate/Principal.
Understand how to apply the authorized scope of work to tasks and meet deadlines.
Assist in managing agendas, meeting minutes, and regular project status communications.
Work independently on specific project scopes such as calculations or documentation.
Support the team to produce work efficiently and profitably.
Assist the project manager in creating labor hour budgets for projects.

Develop good client and related business relationships.
Enhance HLB's value to the client and promote the firm.
Use communication tools to manage client expectations.
