Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• BS – Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing of complex electromechanical equipment (Thermal or Cooling equipment preferred)
• Fluent in Mandarin, able to travel overseas
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical and P&ID schematics, SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong familiarity with PFMEA, root cause analysis
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
• Familiarity with welding, brazing, thermal insulation

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, quality, and commissioning activities
• Support assembling, bring up, testing, troubleshooting of liquid cooling equipment in preparation for shipping to customer locations
• Production planning – optimize processes, schedule, and daily operations
• Participate in process improvement, quality and compliance
• Specify production tooling, fixtures, jigs
• Support installation, calibration and maintenance of in-house production equipment
