Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled consultants with expertise in regulatory technology and compliance analytics to support our Regulation Technology team within Risk and Compliance Advisory. This role involves assisting clients across various sectors in the design and execution of regulation technology solutions, including system testing, tuning, calibration, and analyzing trends to refine models. The ideal candidate will work with large data sets to ensure Compliance teams have the information needed for effective policy development and decision-making, and will apply regulatory frameworks across different business models to design effective systems and enable successful compliance programs.
Responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of methodologies for the periodic and ongoing evaluation of monitoring systems. You will enjoy working with rich data sets and turning insights into real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients across sectors in the design and execution of regulation technology solutions, including system testing, tuning, calibration, and trend analysis to refine models.
- Work with large data sets to ensure compliance teams have information needed for policy development and decision-making.
- Apply regulatory frameworks across different business models to design effective systems and enable successful compliance programs.
- Create and maintain methodologies for periodic and ongoing evaluation of monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, technology, and business stakeholders) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with data mapping and the creation of technical documentation.
- Engage closely with clients to understand regulatory compliance needs and design solutions that address these requirements.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to evaluate and mitigate compliance risks.
- Improve data quality and implement controls to support compliance and risk management.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices in compliance and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Lead the design, implementation, and upkeep of compliance dashboards and reporting systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the compliance space.
- Identify operational gaps or risk exposures and implement necessary controls and risk assessments.
- Demonstrate analytical judgment to resolve complex situations efficiently.
Qualifications
- MUST have working experience with SQL
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (MBA or Masters is preferred)
- Engage closely with clients to comprehend regulatory compliance needs and design solutions that address these requirements
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to evaluate and mitigate compliance risks
- Improve data quality and implement controls to support compliance and risk management efforts
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices in compliance and stay updated on regulatory changes
- Develop, implement, and refresh compliance management systems, policies, and procedures in response to new or updated regulations
- Lead the design, implementation, and upkeep of compliance dashboards and reporting systems
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the compliance space
- Identify operational gaps or risk exposures and implement the necessary controls and risk assessments
- Analyze complex situations and apply experience and judgment to resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Assist with data mapping and the creation of technical documentation

Office Workplace Guidelines
We provide a flexible workplace environment. Consultants in primary market locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For consultants outside primary markets, more flexible in-person requirements may apply.
